"Have been coming here for years for dermapen, LED and some peels and I always leave happy. The staff are really friendly, everything is fully explained, including an approximate downtime afterwards, and while products that might benefit me are mentioned during my treatments, I never feel like I am being pushed into buying them. The dermapen treatments are always done very thoroughly and they always listen to my requests for a more/less intense treatment - I have it without numbing which is fine except for a few sensitive spots on the face, which they always remember to go not as deep around. They always have sales on skin treatment packages and being able to log into your account to see what you have and when past bookings have been is super handy. Thanks to all the beautiful and lovely staff there :)"

I was then told, on the day of the appointment, that this cannot be done by different staff. They don't apologise or admit they have given the wrong advise."
