"I’ve been 3 times and they have refused to do treatment. The first time I understand why as of sunlight exposure which is a genuine concern. However, last week they wouldn’t treat as have was apparently too long even though I shave 14 hours before. I made another appointment for today, and they wouldn’t treat again because I shaved 4/5 hours ago which is apparently too recent. I suggested looking at the growth as everyone’s hair is different, hence why we’d be getting treatment but she wouldn’t look. It’s just a massive inconvenience, having to leave work and travel just for this to keep happening. Not everyone’s schedule aligns with shaving exactly 12hours before."
