When I got my new furbaby Axel not one groomer accepted him as they are all busy which I understand until I talk to Sarah and explain my situation that I just got him and he really need a grooming very soon and she happily accomodate and fit him in despite of the short notice and her busy schedule. "Flawless. Found Sarah and Paw Matters a few years ago when our usual groomer was too busy, and have stuck with her ever since. By far the best groomer we have ever had for our 2 dogs, one of whom is a 16yo, and getting old, grumpy, gradually more intolerant of grooming, especially since losing most of his sight and hearing. Sarah is great with the dogs, skillful at grooming, knowledgeable, able to provide recommendations, very accommodating, and responsive with communication. Will text you if there are any issues.
