"Some of the most shocking service offered by any company I've ever dealt with. Had an incident with them about a year ago, but eventually let that go, so I won't go into detail with that except to say that as a company, their attitude to the customer, is abysmal. Went in on the Thursday before Easter, no one else in the shop. I saw the proprietor sitting in the small alcove, made eye contact with him, he didn't get up so I assumed he was finishing off some paperwork, whatever. Waited, and waited some more. Then I saw what he was really doing. Shoveling food into his face while still making eye contact with me at least 3 probably 4 times. Nothing was going to come between this guy and his lunch. Eventually, I just walked out. I would never deal with this company again. When it's my money you want, put your lunch aside until after you have seen to the customer, or shut the shop during your lunch break."
"This store says it is open until 5pm but when i got there at 4.15pm the store was closed, i rang the next day the store said they are quiet lately and closes at 4pm but no mention on their website. When i asked about the spa test strips they told me the price is $28 when 2 months ago i paid $24...i rang Poolwerx at Ridgehaven they are open until 5pm and their price for the same product is $22 a massive difference...very poor service"
