Waiting to hear back from Riverina, been a couple of weeks now. No way to check groundwater level."

"I ordered a Riverina pool back in August in a hope that we might be able to have a cool Christmas and get rid of all the bad luck of 2020. I was given a 'very likely' kind of pinky promise before placing my order. I was too naiive and credulous about that. Now it's November, I'm still struggling to hear from Riverina about when the pool is going to be installed. Finally, I was told that the installation is not gonna happen until April (hopefully) because they are all fully booked. Wow, good business! But... poor me! The reality is, the pool is manufactured in WA and people interstate may not be lucky to have their pools transported to their towns as fast as they would imagine. So, if you fancy a Riverina pool and you are not lucky enough to be located in WA, allow yourself 8 months or more time to wait. Don't blame the COVID, it affected Victoria and NSW but not so much WA and other part of Australia. Anyway, you might be less financially stressed when the pool is eventually put in your ground."
