"I Spoke with him tonight about my washing machine being smelly. Others have quoted me $150 - $200 too come out and get rid of the smell. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and he was very honest and instructed me on how I can improve it myself. I had no idea that I would of been paying for a service I didn't need, so this gentleman definitely won't take you for a ride, he is trustworthy and I 100% recommend."
"Technician was unfamiliar with machine and didn’t know what he was doing. First stated that the issue may be due to worn brushes, even though our machine is brushless with a big label on the front that states this. He also asked why we hadn’t phoned Asko or Mr Dishwasher to check the machine, reflecting his lack of knowledge and confidence. He disregarded the multiple videos that we showed him of the problem and told us that there wasn’t a problem because he couldn’t replicate it. Wasted our time and money."
