"My Son’s school laptop stopped working & after a frantic Google Search I found CK Computers were local in my area. I called with 45mins till close & Cameron told me to bring it in, we went right away. Cameron was honest, forthright about the expected costs to repair the device & gave us some very reasonable advice and options. In order to retrieve my Son’s school work so he could use a loan computer from School, Cameron stayed back 30mins past his closing time and sold us a $59 device that saved the day. Instead of up selling & pressuring us to order a new laptop on the spot, he offered an affordable alternative and offered any & all follow up care we will need. Cameron was knowledgeable, approachable & genuinely interested in trying to help my Son out. Not about landing a big sale or turning us away so close to his close of trading. "I found CK Computers when I urgently needed a hard drive upgrade. Once the part was sourced (only a day later), I brought my laptop to Cameron’s office and immediately I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable & professional which made me feel like I had made the right decision! I was pleasantly surprised at the price I was originally quoted over the phone and even after we had a few issues during the actual clone (due to my bit-locked hard drive which took overnight), I was not charged anything extra even when the actual drive had to be changed from what was quoted. So happy I have been saved from having to purchase a new laptop! Thanks Cameron! If I or my husband have any technological issues in the future we are coming back to CK Computers!"

"Very pleased with the experience I had with when taking in my PlayStation 4 for suspected overheating problems in January 2023. The PS4 fan was very loud for a few games and in a few games in specific places, it would automatically turn off, even though a couple of them were smaller and not resource intensive. It wasn't clear was the issue was. Cameron's down to earth, genuine, friendly personality, ability to listen and up to date knowledge were greatly appreciated. There was no pressure and I felt like he understood my apprehension as consoles are expensive these days (to me at least) and the potential risk of taking a PS4 apart. The no fix, no fee policy also helped put me at ease. All of this really helped from the initial phone call trying to work out if it could possibly be fixed and whether it was worth it, through to picking it up. Cameron happily answered all questions, explained what he did and the issues found in a way I could understand clearly, including a photo of one of them, provided time to confirm the issues were no longer occurring and asked if I was happy enough that they should be resolved. He even offered the chance to bring it back if the same issues occurred when I got it home, without having to pay the same fee again. We even chatted about IT work, games and PS4 hard drive life expectancy once they get really old to avoid getting caught out. All the good reviews are well deserved."
