"Extremely disappointed. I don’t think the place had been cleaned for years. Animal hair every from the floor up to and on the ceiling. Had appointment at 9am and owners showed up at 8.59am. Went for a walk to get some food shopping and when I got back I waited until the owner asked me what I wanted. I said my dogs name and he said I’ll do him now. One wash with shampoo and a quick towel off which was grabbed off of floor and a 2 minute blow dry. I felt like going home and showering myself. To be fair the owners were very caring towards the dogs but I know I’ll never go back"
"My senior boy was treated with patience and kindness, - that is the most important thing when your dog is being groomed, plus I was able to be with him for support due to his anxietyI The grooming experience was less stressful for my boy and the bonus is he looks amazing due to Allison's skill.
