"I give it a good rating because they don't move everything every 2nd week so I know exactly where to find what I need. Sometimes the fresh food, meats and bread etc can be light on depending on when you go I guess. Mainly a Sunday shopper here, but it is what it is. Timing is important as the shelves could be stocked more regularly."
"Deli counter needs improving. The staff are always cleaning, and not serving. Customers seem a burden to them while they are cleaning"
"Staff were very respondent and helpful when I stood up for a woman who was verbally abused for simply standing in front of a shelf that they also wanted to get to. When I returned the comment to the abuser they couldn't respond until I had walked into the next aisle, rude and cowardly behavior. I commend the staff for being helpful in tracking and observing the abuser until they left the store. Unfortunately no security so there wasn't much else that could be done at the time."
"Always chat to the guys in the butcher shop, they are good guys so I am disappointed to learn the butcher shop will shut and we will be forced to purchase pre-packaged meat. In this time of increased awareness of sustainability and plastic waste, Woolworths will be increasing the plastic discarded in the environment - not reducing plastic wastage. I am now looking to purchase meat from a local butcher as I do not want to increase my plastic waste."
"Great products at a great price. Well laid out stores. Always introducing new gluten-free products, and frequent cooking demonstrations with sampling. Courteous staff who are only too happy to assist customers on locating products within the store. Your wish is their command. The store always has a bright and cheery ambience with good locations and adequate parking. The only criticism, is that they don't have enough ACROD Parking bays that are near the entrance to the store."
