"The team at Greencross HH are awesome. They are very accommodating and friendly. Dr Richard is a fantastic, caring Vet, he explains everything really well and is very patient and friendly, he is especially amazing with our dog that has huge anxiety attending the clinic due to her many visits for various treatments. I would highly recommend going to this clinic."

"We have been bringing our dogs to Greencross Holden Hill and Paradise for over 15 years, and have easily spent tens of thousands of dollars at both clinics, with all of our animals having Healthy Pets Plus memberships. Something has changed at the HH clinic as they are now extremely rude, hostile and aggressive when I try to call, they refuse to allow me to pick up medication from their clinic, and they won't work with the Prospect clinic anymore to deliver what is best for the patient. I'm not sure what has changed, and apparently Paradise doesnt know either, but after 15 years of knowing and trusting your Vets and Vet Nurses it is beyond disappointing. Given you're under the same umbrella it's also damaging to your reputation as Greencross Vets. Really disappointing and HH need to sort it out. I will never be taking my furry family to HH again. If it wasn't for the friendly wonderful staff at Greencross Paradise I would be taking all of my animals out of Greencross."

"This place is fantastic, not only was the Nurse I saw super sweet and gentle and loving towards my beloved cat Zaggy, the Vet themselves were really informative and kind and answered any question's I had as well as giving insight to what my cat needed both immediately and in the future. Not to mention, the Healthy Pets Plus program is an amazing way to save money and remove a majority of the grueling upfront costs of going to the vet. Highly recommend these guys."
