"The worst branch of CBA!!! Teller shouted at client, being racist. If you cant do training for customer service, get machine or AI replaced…"
"Really good experience in branch Thanks to sariya for great service and professional and friendly service"
"the employees are very clear with their words when helping you. they are straight to the point, they greet you with a smile and are eager to help you with money situations. the line is never so long, such as when I came in one time to report a scam in my bank card, they helped me just right. I love going here, which is weird because going to the bank isn't stereotyped to be fun."
"The service is ok. ATM functions with many features and uses. I find most customer service people here are professional and helpful however there will always be something wrong somewhere. There’s a lady who seems to be always grumpy and she was training someone when I was served. When something went wrong and had to ask questions and process those thoughts, they seemed to be bothered and pressuring. I’ve experienced my fair share of being at the wrong end of the stick with most people, and this experience was one of them. I’m legally blind, if taking the time and compassion isn’t really shown to me, even if unintentionally, would their customer service truly extend positively towards other people who have complex disabilities who need their help than I? The location of the tellers and the overall layout isn’t really clear. However, there’s employees who regularly come up to people walking in for what you need to do. There isn’t much discretion if someone is looking for that either."
"I've been in this bank a few times to negotiate around a loan. I approached someone called Becky Lee and I feel I get ignored and politely kicked. I compared this behaviour with the first day I opened my account. When they wanna get money they are the politest in the world. When they wanna give service its not the case. Shameful."
