""WARNING" "NOT" "NOT" recommended. They appear very helpful & nice when you call them. Then the disappointment comes once you agree to use them. Then even more when you receive their invoice. We required a dismantled carport 6 pallets (strapped & packed ready for transport, pictures weights & dimensions provided to ATV) to be collected from SAPN Athol Park (7km-10min from ATV yard) then transported to our property (21km away -30min). Off load with Crane truck (45-60min) Drive back to base (17km-25min). This job should have taken from 2 1/2hr to max 4 hr (base to base). After ATV completed the job, they invoiced me for a CRAZY "7HR". Now Let me go back to the beginning, after several pleasant phone calls to confirm details of job & pricing. I then agreed to give them the job, they almost immediately started having issue, and the phone calls came, they assured me in several phone calls that we would not be additionally charged for excess time due to these issues. After multiple phone calls, Indications of poor management & poor planning started to become clear. Once our equipment eventually arrived, the scary part started. The Driver/Operator appeared inexperienced to handle a Truck mounted crane, the offsider appeared totally inexperienced at everything & communication was an obvious issue. The driver/operator was not able to safely operate the truck mounted crane. First issue, he almost tipped the entire loaded truck over as he slewed to the side with the first load, only to watch the truck suddenly tip over sideways, up onto only the two side tyres, he then violently dropped that load just before the truck completely tipped over. This was because he forgot to put crane outriggers out. He tried to sling the next load, I then had to tell him to put the outriggers out. All other loads were erratically slewed & violently dropped due to poor handling of crane, causing some damage to several of the loads. Once I received the final 7 hr invoice I was upset, angry & frustrated. I attempted to contact them to discuss. It took another 3 days until someone contacted me. They eventually discounted 2 hours from invoice. 5 hours for this job was still a ridiculous price to pay for something that other companies would have performed in 2 1/2 to 4 hrs. I can honestly review this job as I have previously had extensive experience as a Delivery Driver Operator of Crane Trucks as well as 25 years Crane operations."
