"Taken a payment twice for a course. The driver said that it wasn’t paid, so we paid on card (with extra even if we had booked through the app). The payment was then taken through the app. Submitted contact form to request refund with no answer. Do not use the app and if booked do not pay during the course. Would not recommend their service, Uber is more reliable and has better guarantee for consumer."

"Will never use this company again. Have had couple of bad experiences but last week by far the worst. Told the driver had left my purse home and would pay him then. When I got home he refused to get my walking frame out of the boot. After 15 minute heated discussion and me asking if he was prepared to pick me up if I fell over and told him to come to my door while I got the money he reluctantly got my walker leaving my other belongings in the car. After 5 hours of treatment this experience really knocked me... I need my walker to get around safely."

"I forgot my key in the cab I call them immediately and relief the case. They contacted the driver, the driver confirm he had gotten it and he was asked to take the key back to my house. The driver never showed, I had to spend a large amount of money with locksmith + change locker. They are good to charge you but not to provide a good costumer service. If I could I would give less than 2 star."

"Absolutely shocking service. I am a community physiotherapist and an access cab was scheduled multiple days in advance to transport a client to their home for a very important home safety assessment. The cab was a no show. When we called up they were incredibly rude, said they were too far away and proceeded to forcibly cancel the service. I can guarantee you I will NEVER use this service again and implore anyone thinking of using them to think again! This company has wasted the time and money of 10+ people, don’t let them waste yours!"

"So dissapointed. NOT HAPPY!! What is the point of making a booking if no one turns up. I was not able to take my mum to a drs appointment, so i thought id book online. Initially a driver had accepted my booking then the driver cancelled my booking at scheduled/booking time. So I rang 13Cabs, 30minutes later , I had spoken to 3 operators and no one showed up for my mum in the end. Their assumption is that the taxi drivers don’t want to accept a short trip because it doesn’t make money for them. Now my mum is walking to the bus stop with her walker after a knee replacement surgery. You can imagine I’m pretty angry right now. No more booking with this crowd. NOT HAPPY!"
