Welcome to Sunrise Christian School & ELC, Paradise! Located at Crowle Road, 4 in Paradise, Australia, our institution is a point of interest and establishment that offers quality education for Christian families.

In 1989, Sunrise Paradise was founded in partnership with the Paradise AOG Church's Board (now Futures). With approximately 40 students initially, the school started in transportable classrooms at the rear of the church. Through the dedication of committed parents, a thriving school community was built. Over the years, the school has experienced rapid growth, resulting in the replacement of transportable buildings with state-of-the-art facilities that enhance our STEM and academic capabilities.

Today, the school is led by Principal Matthew Steadman, who works closely with Adelaide Christian Schools (ACS) for governance, oversight, and spiritual guidance. ACS is an incorporated association that governs several schools, including Temple Christian College, Sunrise Christian School – Whyalla, and Adelaide Christian Schools Early Learning Centres. We are also affiliated with international schools such as Faith Christian College in South Carolina, USA, and Sunrise Bethel and Edai Town Christian Schools in Papua New Guinea.

At Sunrise Paradise, we offer Christian families Early Learning Centre (ELC) to Grade 6 education, with pathways to High School at Temple Christian College in Paralowie or Mile End. We understand the importance of selecting the right school or ELC for your child, and we are committed to providing a small Christian community where every student is known and valued.

Principal Matthew Steadman is passionate about fostering a God-honoring culture and instilling a healthy and rounded Biblical worldview in our students. He sees Sunrise Christian School as more than just an educational institution, but as a community of people dedicated to Jesus and the development of the next generation of Christians.

Our ELC is led by Director and Kindy teacher, Sarah Hogg, who has extensive experience in the education sector. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Primary, as well as a Diploma in Special Needs Education. She is passionate about Christian education and partnering with families to build strong foundations in their children's faith and education journeys.

At Sunrise Early Learning Centre, we provide a play-based program with a focus on biblical teachings. Our dedicated team believes in creating a nurturing and safe environment where children can reach their full potential. We recognize the unique gifts and abilities of each child and strive to nurture and encourage them.
