"First visit. Bought some lovely bolognese mini arancini from the deli are. My daughter and I enjoyed them. Plenty of Italian cheeses, salami, small goods, Italian cakes. I got some ravioli from the fridge to cook at home. And a great Sacla Capsicum and Egglant pesto. A nice change from the tomato one available at my regular supermarket."

"I go out of my way to go to this IGA because of the beautiful fresh produce, yummy treats, the music is lovely and it's clean. Then I get to the checkouts where the girls hardly look at you, you're items are rushed through even standing there with a bag, it's ignored, it's mechanical rushing items through to sit all piled up at her wrist and found some of my experiences to be highly rude. I pay a higher price at your store because it's a fresh and clean experience. I've spent thousands at your store in the last 6 years that I've lived in the area and am treated by your staff asking for my money, who've before my eyes made out that putting a few groceries through a scanner is brain surgery important to be fast yet inefficient and customer service rude. Even when no one is waiting to be served next and the store is quiet. I'm someone (cuz who knows who I am they didn't look at me or if they did it's with distaste) they have to "get through". I'm a paying customer in their store and a person. Maybe they are the only person I've talked to in days. Every single bad review says the same. Grab a smile girl and greet your customers. If you hate your job you can always get another one."

"Great supermarket with a huge variety of fresh fruit, veg, and meat. They have a fantastic deli, along with a dessert section. I have always found the team there welcoming and polite."
