"Unfortunately for me, my usual flower shop in Claremont was not open early this morning when I needed to buy flowers for a birthday. I did a quick Google of another one close by and popped in. The atmosphere in the shop is not warm or friendly, the staff were condescending and somewhat pretentious. I should have gone with my gut instinct and walked out and found another florist. Instead, I walked out with a tiny bunch of flowers that I was embarrassed to give my friend. Perhaps it is because I always receive amazing service from my usual florist. A shop that is more than happy to assist you and make suggestions on bouquet arrangements. Unlike this one, which just seemed annoyed that I didn’t know what I wanted."
