"We used flight centre Modbury for our overseas trip in dec 2022. We booked one business class ticket for my mum with another 3 economy class return tickets. Due to some reason we cancelled my mum’s return flight from Delhi to adelaide in the last week of jan 2023. At the time of cancellation they said it will take up-to 20 weeks for refund.But till date we are waiting for our refund. During this time no communication from their side. Tried to reach them in person but no positive response. Once we tried to reach them on email they asked for bank details. It’s been more than week since we have updated the bank details but no refund has been processed. I would think twice before I use this company again in future.Not a good service experience even after paying big amount."
