"Incredibly the WORST service I have ever experienced in a long time! First of all I needed to wait more than 40 minutes to know that they don't have my medicine on stock. The lady called "Annette" told me that it was out of stock nationally! which I know for fact it is not true since I need this specific medicine daily since weeks and had no issue so far with it on other pharmacies. After I told her my disappointment she just said well I am sorry, she went back to the counter and began whispering things about me behind my back! incredibly disrespectful. When I went to ask for her name she just said my name is Annette and I was unable to have her last name."

"I very scarcely leave reviews, however, today I went into Better Health Pharmacies at West Lakes (I believe to be “Your Health Pharmacy” now?). I asked a women at the front desk for some assistance with an item, just expecting to be shown to the item and left to peruse the selection. There was a lot of products in front of me, and I suffer with anxiety, so I wasn’t looking forward to it. HOWEVER, this wonderful lady (short, brown hair), sat with me for a good 5-10 minutes explaining everything to me and made me feel so comfortable! The customer service was amazing, I can’t praise this women enough! I hope this feedback gets back to you, so you know your help was appreciated greatly! Thanks again :)"

"I went into this store asking if they stocked codral original, as I know not all pharmacies do. However upon the request I was told they no longer make it and it was dis continued last February. I for a fact no this is not the case at all as I work at a pharmacy and know we stock it. However the pharmacist spoke to me in such a way that made me feel belittled and as tho I knew nothing even after explaining that my store does sell it. He then all of a sudden changes his attitude and tells me they can order it in. What totally gets me is “how can you order something that’s discontinued” seems to me like they didn’t really want to help or be bothered. Definitely won’t be returning to this store anytime soon. They lost a big sale that day to CWH as I had to buy multiple other items. Go somewhere, where they no what they are on about. That place is not here"
