"Friday 4th of August 4.50pm. Sign on chemist door says it price matches scripts. (See pics). Chemist warehouse does the meds I needed for $7.39. I asked how much they did it for. He said $25. So I asked if they would price match. Answer was no. When questioned why not, the sign on the door says you price match, he just bluntly said it’s $25. When I questioned again why he won’t match the price, without even checking he rudely said we haven’t got any. A blatant lie. He was willing to do it for $25 but unwilling to price match so just said he didn’t have it! So I was refused a script I rely on that a doctor had prescribed for me. I will be officially reporting this pharmacist to the relevant authority. And no, it wasn’t an NHS prescription."

"This pharmacy has lost it's sparkle. Been coming here exclusively for about 5 years but recent months it has gone down the drain. Along with the loss of Kirsten and Tom, there is no longer any personal service. Everyone is just another number. Today it was extremely busy but the one pharmacist on duty is just plodding along at their own pace with little concern for the line building up. And I really do not need the assistant with 0 medical training telling me how to take the medication prescribed to me by my highly trained Doctor who has already told me how he wants me to take the product. On the whole, it's time to find another pharmacy. Such a shame, it was a good local pharmacy where you felt cared for, but no longer."

"I've been coming to only this pharmacy for 2 years now & tonight I was treated with prejudice & unkindness; as I'm attempting to fill a similar type of medicine from two different doctors 1. My rheumatologist 2. My gp ( that I have been taking both for longer than 2 years as seen on the system if the attention to detail was given ) & was refused the filling of the instant relief pain medication that was prescribed to me, initially - & to phone up my complaint and ask when I'd be able to get the other one filled, pharmacist said I can get it filled whenever I want suddenly, well not correct as were closing soon & you are not a 24/7 chemist. He has said he's sorry & given me the spiel that he just thought I was another of the people who try to beat the system basically - Like I hadn't been a regular customer. Sad, I returned with my script in hand again to get what I'm prescribed, then only now divulges to me that there is no 100ml medicine available, it is discontinued, only in 50ml now, can't help me, even though at my partners chemist & at previous pharmacies that have had the initiative to care for customers, I've had scripts halved if available. Really leaves a sour taste in the mouth when you get this service, no one should be made to feel like this. If you want to be taken seriously for your condition; I'd suggest finding a more sympathetic business. I will be taking my money elsewhere to a place that really looks after their people. Especially regulars, in a industry that deals with the sick & disabled - this is a pretty shameful experience to be had & I'd strongly recommend treating people better. Karen was the exception & had been the best part of my chemist experience there over the 2 years, wonderful customer service. Would have been a 1 star review without her. Maybe you should take some notes from how friendly she is to others."

"Went to buy a product today not by choice but because of a procedure I have to have and they wanted to charge me double the price I could get the product for elsewhere. I told them that and the lovely girl at the counter said oh we can price match that. Then the pharmacist/owner pipes up and says oh no it’s getting hard to find this product so we aren’t price matching! Seriously? This was not a luxury item. This is a necessary product to have prior required prior to surgery and you want to blatantly rip people off…..Money hungry much?! Disgusting."
