"After experiencing what does not even remotely resemble customer service at the North Perth store, I was hesitant to even walk into another shop of the same name. In the end, my super enthusiastic 5 year old gave me no choice and I reluctantly gave it a go. Have to say, the stores are like chalk and cheese. We were instantly greeted by a number of staff and Jarrod took the time to chat with us and answer our questions - even though I told him I'd not be spending any money that day (after the terrible service we received at North Perth). We have since been back, made some purchases and participated in some skate clinics. Thank you Jarrod (and crew) for helping us get our little one on her way to skating."
