"Phone appointment booked for 12:30, had a courtesy call at 11:30 to say my doctor would call me 15-20 minutes after my allocated appointment time (as last time in person they said nothing and was waiting in the clinic for over an hour until I mentioned it to the staff, the doctor was very apologetic) to now receive ZERO phone call from the clinic, that is now CLOSED. This clinic seems to be getting worse and worse unfortunately. :("

"I booked an early afternoon appointment to see a doctor I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, now when I arrived I was not made aware that my doctor was running late at no point did any member of staff let me know she was running late - I then asked how much longer the wait would be as I needed to get to work, for the receptionist to tell me I'm next an it would be five minutes till I'm seen, only to find out the doctor had taken a telehealth appointment which delayed me being seen by a further 15 minutes When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist staff I was given a sub par explaintion about why this happened I understand appointments run late doctors call in sick but for the people who arrive on time for their appointment who sit and wait for nearly an hour after their appointment time is beyond ridiculous - will be finding a new GP as someone whose been attending this clinic for 12 years I am beyond disappointed with the drop in professionalism and communication with patients - something needs to be improved this clinic needs to do better in future"

"The receptionist has little or no idea what she is doing. I asked if they have a phlebotomists available this morning (Saturday) and she replied that we only have phone consults available. I changed my question to, I need to do a fasting blood test is there anyone available, and her response was "All face to face consults are fully booked." like what the ?"

"If I could give this place less then 1 star I would! Avoid at all costs if you have more than 1 medical problem wrong with you! I had 3 drs from this clinic tell me that I'm too complicated for them to treat! Saw dr for script asked 4 times they still mucked it up . Have to tell dr how to do job then get banned and told not welcome back due to my behaviour when the truth is I'm too complicated for them to just to write out a script when my specialists treat me! 2 to 4 week wait in-between appointments is a joke when they have so many drs there!"

"I had been a patient at this centre for more than 15 years, recently the availability of appointments has blown out to more than a 2 week wait. The receptionist I spoke to late last year was beyond rude and should be sacked."
