"Took my son there who has had an unrelenting chest and coughing issue tonight. After waiting for almost 3 hours he was becoming very distressed and anxious as he has disabilities/special needs. Took a bit of convincing for him to stick it out and hang in there as the nurse said she just managed to organise a bed for him. Got taken back to a bed only to be told it'll be several more hours before a doctor bothers to see my child. The hospital IS aware of his medical history and needs. Took him home as his anxiety and my anger were rising by the second. What a great way to show him just how hospitals work and ensure he will be even more unwilling to seek help in the future."
"After 6 hours of waiting, We were put in this cubicle with no bed. The wait time to see the doctor was extremely long. The triage nurse was talking in a very disrespectful manner. They should learn manners beside nursing. Hopefully I never ever get to come to ED in my life. It’s horrible."
"I was taken to ED, the staff, doctor, nurses and orderlies are very obliging and lovely. I felt I was getting the attention that I pay my taxes for which in my little experience with other big hospitals I cannot say the same for. Thankyou to all staff for the great treatment I received, much appreciated."
"My girlfriend was in there balling her eyes out for hours and she was taken in to a room 2 and a half hours of waiting in the waiting room and has been waiting in the room for almost 2 hours now and a needs came in and said I’ll be back in five mins and it’s been a half an hour. When you go to a hospital you expect to be looked at fee and yes you should expect a wait but this is ridiculous. I hope you do better"
"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Hospital's emergency department and strongly advise against visiting or entrusting the care of your loved ones to this facility. My encounter with the hospital staff left me feeling neglected and uncared for, despite experiencing severe pain and requiring immediate attention. The waiting time at was unacceptably long and useless, lasting several hours. What added to the frustration was the apparent lack of concern exhibited by the medical personnel. Despite the hospital's claims of following a priority system, it felt as though they were deliberately discouraging patients from seeking proper care. Based on my personal encounter, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of avoiding this Hospital's emergency department. It is regrettable that I had to endure such a disappointing experience, and I urge others not to make the same mistake. Seek alternative healthcare facilities that prioritize patient well-being and provide timely and attentive care."
