"Very bad experience purchasing product on dreamland never going back again to buy anything from this company. Bought a bedroom suite and new product looked like second hand with black mark in every single item. after paying that much of money we got told that those marks are normal and we have to bring product to their store for exchange if we are not happy. There is no mark on display product and never been told that we might get those mark on purchase otherwise we would have gone for different option.when u purchase we have to pay for delivery cost and they have Send us damage product and we have cover all cost including delivery and hiring another guy to bring all stuff to ground floor and bring again new product and hire another person to get our furniture delivered to first floor from ground as dreamland doesn’t take stuffs upstairs. Already paid big price for product and keep paying more for there fault . Regret buying from dreamland . Disappointed with customer service."

"**Read the fine print** Purchased a bedroom suite in Dec for our move into our new home this year. Asked for a delayed order, however the home build has delays. Store had the order arrive in April as originally asked, no prior call to check if we were ready for the product. When it arrived I received a call asking for the balance to be paid in full as it has come into the store. I asked if they could store until Aug. The lady advised it would be a $10 per day storage fee until this time. 'This was clearly written on your invoice'. At no point during the purchase of the product did the sales person advise this fee would be applied if the build is delayed, even though we made it clear it was a very rough and approximate date. From then, I needed to pay the full balance for delivery to our current house and they then proceeded to charge a further $110 to deliver this item up the stairs of our town house. Really disappointed with the miss communicated information and the sales tactics used to get the sale. Will not be back again."
