"Don't judge the book by its cover! (Don't be deceived by the showroom entrance photo on Google search!) R&B Bedding team has fantastic customer service and great product. We were greeted with Ally at the showroom and Bowie at the delivery. They were both very knowledgeable about mattress types and technologies. Our kids enjoyed themselves at the sofa in the showroom while Ally showed us around and try on different mattresses. She is super friendly and no pushy sales at all. We were looking for 2x firm mattresses, ended up with the Divine and Divine+ and they felt very comfortable while supportive! Price was very competitive that we now question how much we actually overpaid for our existing mattress from Snooze!
