"After an initial misunderstanding (more so on our behalf), we purchased a BEAUTIFUL CAPITAL 6 seater (1x2, 1x3 and 1x1) sofa. The manager Trevor and his colleague Anne Marie put up with several emails which had me ranting and raving about different things..at all times they remained PROFESSIONAL and worked with us to resolve our issues. We ended up with a better product, delivered, set up and placed in our living room by 2 VERY polite, professional young gentlemen. My husband and I would like to say THANK YOU and we really do apologise for our misgivings…We will happily return (you will probably think “Oh no”), and we certainly recommend your store to anyone who wants a good product, reasonable prices and great service."
