"I bought two stunning Hampton style buffets one which I discovered was damaged after it was delivered. I wrote to Steve, who delivered it for me and he said he would look into it. It wasn't long before I got a phone call to say that they would replace it. Even though it took quite a while to get another unit because they were unavailable, eventually it arrived. I honestly thought I was going to get an argument from them and that I would have to accept damaged goods - but that was far from what happened. So needless to say I was very impressed with how they treated me as a customer and how they kept me informed along the way. So thank you Steve & the staff who work there. Easy collection at warehouse - product carefully wrapped for collection and gentleman at the warehouse advised the plastic stoppers on the feet of the cabinet might ruin floor boards and put felt stoppers on bottom of cabinet. "What a great shop! Huge range, in a lot of different styles - and they can get things in that aren't always on the shop floor. We ended up getting some nice replica Tiffany lamps, some bedside tables, and a lovely mid-century looking entertainment unit with hairpin legs. Build quality seems a cut above the rest, while prices stay a cut below, too. A lot of the drawers are on sturdy feeling castors, and there's a lot of quality solid timber products on offer. Friendly service and cheap delivery, too."
