"Disgusting service . Bought the lounge on a deal, paid in full on the day including delivery and was told we would be contacted soon to set up delivery day.. A few weeks go by we eventually have to contact them for them to say there is no such sale for us, after a long conversation on the phone they find our order and say they will send out soon. A day before delivery day they contact us again and say they no longer have the couch we ordered so won’t be getting what we have paid for anymore and we have to drive up to their shop to pick something else out. Go out to store and they give us some selections and we choose out of, we select one similar to previous one we had selected and of equal value to the couch we had purchased only for them to then charge us full price minus what we had already paid due to the sales no longer being available. Very dissatisfied with the Our Furniture Warehouse team. Would not recommend!!"
