"I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Qscan radiology clinics at Windsor Gardens. I had booked an ultrasound appointment a week in advance and even went through the trouble of fasting to prepare for the scan. However, just hours before my scheduled appointment, they abruptly canceled it, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. Their lack of consideration for my time and effort is appalling. Instead of finding a suitable alternative or providing a reasonable explanation, they simply instructed me to book with another company. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer care. I had hoped for a smooth and efficient experience, but unfortunately, Qscan failed to meet even the most basic standards of service. I strongly advise others to reconsider before choosing this clinic for their medical needs, as their reliability and respect for their patients appear to be severely lacking. I will be looking for a more dependable and customer-oriented radiology clinic for my future healthcare needs."
