"BOOK ELSEWHERE DO NOT RECOMMEND We were booked in for 5 people myself 27m, wife 25F and 3 kids 6,18mnths and 1 day old for 7 days after the birth of our 3rd child. Maggie showed lack of accountability and responsibility "last tenants were ordinary was the general excuse. Multiple emails and texts issues weren't fixed. After multiple texts sent and received by Maggie I was then I was asked if I would like to check out. Maggie notified us of 1 occasion of people wanting to enter apartment. The other 2 someone just rocked up to finish repairs of couch and third as leaving an older gentleman rocked up to check on couch. Had we not seen these people they would've just entered without notifying us. Asked person who I was dealing with a link so we could place a review nothing was given. Issues we had below weren't limited to but included Apartment dirty upon arrival. Told owner who was going to rectify but didn't do anything Air con broken - told owner apparently replacement couldn't happen cause everyone was still on holidays, we went through 3 night of heat kids wouldnt sleep we couldn't sleep it was horrible No covers on some doonas Couches broken ended up being fixed but one still sags low. Blinds don't operate smoothly, cords hang loosely which displayed a possible choking hazard to kids as they aren't clipped back to the wall Extremely poorly equipped - plates wouldn't fit in dishwasher No plugs for sinks - told owner message read but no answer Shower leaks into toilet Exhaust fan doesn't work - when using washing machine and dryer it stinks laundry, shower and toilet out. Rubbish left outside Shower has chipped tile and a rusty pipe from above apartment. Found a clean sheet which was dated early last year."

"I have been attempting to book an apartment for over a week. Several emails unanswered. Gasket advertising for apartments on website with both incorrect information incorrect stay length and I have never been treated so rudely and disgusting by a company or place before. Was hung up on. Told to be quiet. Spokeb over. Told the apartment was booked before she even asked for the dates I want to stay. Refused to acknowledge that I had sent several emails with no response. I would never deal with Maggie or any of these apartments again because of her."

"Short term rentals are flats in a small apartment complex. The flats are simple but fully equipped. What makes the place attracting is the location. The complex is surrounded by big trees and there are three (!!) parks with playgrounds just steps away. Also the train station of Daglish is at a distance of 200m making CBD and Freemantle easily accessible. Last but not least, the owner is a nice, friendly guy."
