"Great store to browse but not enough staff attending to customers. Difficult to find help and waited a long time to get fabric cut. I think there should be a back up person on that counter. Staff are really friendly though."

On 6 August 2023 & 1110am, we went to Spotlight Clovercrest SA and I bought 10 pcs of fat quarters and price said it's 10 for $10 but when I was about to pay at the counter near the exit, the sales lady said it's 10 for $20, I told her that's not what it said on the sign. I told her to check it but she said she can't leave the counter but why can't she call a colleague to check it. She wanted us to go back to the counter near the fabrics and pay. What happened to good customer service? Not a very pleasant experience on a beautiful Sunday morning,"
