"Jason Tan showed no care, empathy or understanding. Didn’t discuss the procedure before he did it. Wrote incorrect information on referrals for scans, radiographers were unable to contact him. Told me the most likely cause of my pain was cancer before even getting a history from Me. He then proceeded to do invasive examinations and tests. At the end he finally felt where the pain was, rushed off into the other room and yelled out “I’ve found it”. What he thought was the cause of the pain. It wasn’t cancer. Turns out the thing he “found” on my scan was normal, the radiographer was perplexed and couldn’t work out what he was referring to. He even admitted at the end of the appointment that the tests he performed were probably not necessary and would be completely normal. I paid over $600 for tests that were completely irrelevant and unnecessary. As a young female on my own I was in complete shock. Terrible experience."

"If I could give 0 stars I would... Dr Tan "upgraded" my wife to have surgery by robot, which when benchmarked against my mother in laws overall experience and surgery recovery rate the traditional way 15 years ago, provided no observable benefits. Day after surgery Dr Tan popped his head in for all of 1 min. We heard more from his rooms in the lead up chasing payment than attention post surgery. Terrible experience for my wife and family"
