"$37.40 taxi fare from the Casino to my house in Ardross. I give the guy $40 cash and ask for the change. He says he doesn't have change. I say, "fine, I will pay by credit card". So he charged me $2.50 as a credit card fee. He got his $40 after all. $40 to go from the Casino to Ardross? You've gotta be kidding me. That was the last taxi I will ever catch. Absolutely awful. Uber and Didi aren't perfect, but they have the payment side of things sorted in ways that Swan Taxis can only dream of."
"Thought we would use Swan Taxi rather than Uber. Bad mistake. Driver arrived 25 minutes late. This caused my wife to be late for appt. It will be uber in future as we've never had a problem with them."
"What a dreadful experience we had. Firstly the driver was snappy and rude, then when we arrived he took an overpriced cash payment and then double charged us with and eftpos charge. We have reported the incident to the company with no resolution. They keep changing the story even though they have looked at the footage. I would recommend you steer clear of this company unless you want to be ripped off. Not even worth a star!"
"I called to book a pick up for Saturday morning and to find out the procedure and cost. I was provided very poor information and told that I must have a credit card to pay for the fare. The lady was not listening and it felt like I was speaking with an uncaring robot. I explained I had a visa debit card but I was told I had to have a credit card. Then when I asked if there are any additional fees for using a debit card the lady told me there is an additional 5% for using a credit card.I then told her once again that I don't own a credit card and I will be using a visa debit card. She told me it wasn't possible and I must pay with a credit card only. I gave up and cancelled the booking I had tried to make because I was spoken to so poorly and I had no faith that I was given the correct information by the person I spoke with. How can you employ a person who has no clue about your business? She is destroying the business reputation. I will NEVER travel with Swan Taxis again!"
"Fare enough I owed $2 for a fare a month ago but I got in a swan taxi he said that I owed him $2. I said yeah that's all cool which I did but he said that will come to $14. I said hey hang on a minute it only cost $10 to get to my place. He said oh ok very rudely. Stupid tea towels heads. Go back to Ur own country and give us Aussies a job. We wood do a better job. Aussies ain't money hungry like them. Foreigners"
