"The room was surprisingly spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than the appointed check in time and they were able to prepare the room for me ahead of time which helped me a lot as I was exhausted. I'll most definitely stay here again next time I'm in Perth."
"The rooms are not clean. We had cockroaches there and everything was old and broken. Advertised Wifi does not work. Our mobile charger was stolen after the cleaning. There are lot of people staying who use drugs and drink a lot. We heard shouting, fighting and breaking things frequently (even in the night) Nobody responses to that, after 5 pm there is no staff on duty. After we moved out they did not transfer the bond back. After a month they did not answer to my messages, so I went there. We were being accused of smoking in the room and they did not pay the bond back. They can offer you a better price, but they will scam you with the bond anyway..."
"Horrible experience all round. Topped off with a delay of 5 days!!!! on payment of deposit on the room. EDIT: WE PAID CASH DEPOSIT. Bugs in room, light bulb broke in bathroom and no wifi. There is no manager on site after 5 pm, which is a huge red flag. Kids were running around, playing with the lift making it unusable and stairs were not able to be used as not some doors between floors were locked, which is a big fire safety issue."
"We stay 6 months there, Eddie and Antony the owners was helped us for every needs. They gave us a very competitive price for the apartment and also the carpark. The beds were comfy and well presented. The apartment is good furnished. They have a pool! Thank you all."
