"My husband and I had to attend a wedding in Singapore, and it was our first time leaving our little pup behind which made us extremely nervous but Jenny and her team was AMAZING. In particular, Liza, that Jenny had set us up with. Jenny made sure that there were processes set in place, from arranging a pre-meeting with us and our little boy with Liza before our trip and sending through documentations needed that we might never even have thought of prior. During our trip, Liza was EXTREMELY proactive in sending us updates which really eased our anxiety (especially, me haha) and we never once had to chase for updates with her. Our little boy was always happy and smiling in all of the photos and videos she shared which made us so so happy! The best part of it all was the love and genuine care we felt Liza had for Luca. She really took the time to listen to our concerns with our little boy and helped us also find solutions where she could during her time with him (that we may also have not known as first time dog owners). To top it off, we even got home to a clean house, fresh flowers AND snacks after a rough travel day! Thank you Jenny and Liza from the bottom of our hearts. We are sincerely grateful."
