Called and the lovely guy on the phone said bring it straight down to have them fix my punctured tyre. Went to fix the bill and he said, no payment needed, was a quick easy job. "Took my car in for servicing but car came out worse then before. There's something not right about this place now. Either management or mechanics have changed. My car had no issues as it was good as new but after the servicing i had issues with the car. While waiting at the reception another customer came in complaining issues with their car after servicing. If this is a franchisee, someone has to investigate standards are met!! I'm losing my trust with myCar after many years with them. Is this a ploy to make more money from customers!? Update: issues fixed with no charge after visiting them again."
