"Customer service today the 4 Jan was terrible. Sale items advertised in window but when I asked to buy a shirt was told they aren't on sale anymore and I need to pay full price. I explained that the prices are in the window displayed and the guy said he's on his own. I dont understand his excuse and wondered is it legal to display products then try to charge 3 times the price. He didnt care and I went elsewhere, but am angry about this false advertising. UPDATE : I have changed my 1 star rating to 5 because today 10th Jan was passing this store and noticed the sale still going, and the shirt still in the windows. I went in and spoke to the manager Victoria, she was lovely and very apologetic and sorry about the way we were treated last week and we organised to buy the shirt. Thank you so much Victoria you restored our faith in good customer service."
"Customer service/acknowledgement is woeful. Everytime I’ve entered this store and been seen walking in, the staff are too busy in conversation with each other or they just can’t be bothered to acknowledge you’ve come into have a look and may need assistance. Shocking really. Each time I’ve stayed in the shop for at least 3-5 minutes to see if anyone will bother asking if they can help but no still hasn’t happened. Thanks for that."
