"He were looking for my wife's Long boots. The Long boots were clearly under an offer poster stating buy one get second one for half price. My wife hence selected a second pair of hush puppies. When we took it to the counter to settle our bill, the sales girl mentioned that both these were not under offer and were full price. We clarified that both were under the later banner. She mentioned that she should have put other banner stating it was full price but had forgotten. While her acknowledgement of her mistake was only with a "sorry I forgot" and not rather honour the advertisement placed. Very misleading information advertised at this store. I hope the management looks at it."
"Poor service after trying to return shoes I bought click and collect after I only picked em up a week before. Suposale manager working at the time said I couldn’t. After I insisted she gave me a refund. Clearly didn’t know the policy. My click and collect email says I can refund within 28 days. Sales assistant may need some training"
