"Actually enjoyed this place I was fitted for a bras for the first time in my life, it's like a warehouse everything is quite cheap and there are so many shops I couldn't count them."
"Went here on 8.11.22 (Tuesday) 2 ladies were working there. 1 with mask & the other one was older lady. Waited behind the counter more than 15 mins. The mask lady was serving 1 customer just before me understand she was busy but the older lady (shopkeeper) had few times eye contacted with me with cold eyes but no response, she didn't even bother to say if I need any help. She completely ignored me & started doing her own stuff. Left the store without buying. They just lost at least $150 sale. This is my second time been in harbour town Valley Girl both time I found their customer service is terrible."
"Very nice and gorgeous clothes however the customer service.... There were two people at the front counter when my dress was getting paid. One woman was about in her 20s and the other was in her 30s or 40s. The older woman was really happy and kind, the younger lady didn't appear happy or energised, she said Sarcastically to me " have a nice day". She could at least not glare either, I felt very intimidated and uncomfortable."
"Very very unfriendly staff. Felt pathetic to look at their frowning faces today. They were very grumpy and ridiculous. Never ever have I seen such unfriendly staff!!! Needs maturity to handle customers. I guess those people got to learn how to handle customers with a grace even at the end of the day over a weekend cos that's what they have been paid for and that's what they chose to do!!!"
