"Went through drive through, however they missed 2 items on our order. They didn't repeat the order back to us which would've avoided the problem. When I went in, to get the missed items they didn't apologise for the inconvenience and seemed more focused on the fact it wasn't on the receipt. I was more than happy to pay for the food, but did not appreciate wasting my time on an already slow order to get it rectified. I think in times like this management should do something, no matter how small to improve customer good will, but nothing was offered. Super disappointed."
"We went through drive-thru on 27/05/23 at 5pm, and ordered a burrito large meal & soft tacos. Paid $50, and received a reg burrito that was the size of a mini containing 90% rice, small fries and queso instead of large, being what we paid for. Asked for manager to replace the fries and queso in the correct size & received the large queso and fries with NO speck of seasoning to be seen on the fries at all."
"I tried Guzman for the first time this year while I was on holidays in Darwin. I was so excited when I realised there was a store in Salisbury. I had it today what a huge disappointment , minimal cheese and Nachos extremely dry I had purchased sour cream that helped.looked nothing like your pictures'"
