"Avoid this Travel Agency at all costs!!! David, once he has your booking can't even be bothered to use you name as courtesy in any email, supplies brief, rude and incorrect details as to travel arrangements with the disclaimer, there are no details and they can't be contacted. Ticketed wrong and lumped everyone on the same ticket information bottlenecking flight emails and details to one person. No way would the four of us ever set foot in this poor excuse for a Travel Agency again."
