"My experience was not too good. I paid good amount of money for a night. I was thing this hotel will be actual 3.5 star. But no way. Idont know how they are claiming there self 3.5 star. Rooms are not clean at all. I wont recommend to spend money on it"

"Small room, and limited bedding (one fluffy blanket and sheet but no doona) so was a bit cold but able to use the aircon for a nice room temp. Updated bathroom was nice. Corridor was a bit old and smelled like paint. 24/7 desk was very helpful! Deposit ($250) was refunded in the morning, much better than a hold on the account that hangs around for days. Good blackout blinds for sleeping in."

"Booked and paid for room online. When I arrived to check-in they wouldn't accept debit card for deposit unless I gave them my pin number in writing (don't ask me why, I couldn't get a straight answer). Asking for pin number seems like a scam right? I was told cannot stay because bond not paid. They refused to give a refund."

"Stayed 1 night. Room was tidy, Pricing was reasonable for the facilities and room type. Hotel is supposed to being renovated but looking at pics on Google, the 1990's hotel pics are much more elegant and how it USED to look. Walk in today and the elegance is no more. Front foyer was a disappointment. That beautiful big reception desk is not being utilised. Instead we checked in at poky little area. Foyer has no seating at all. Lifts smell terrible. Brasserie is no longer operating which is disappointing. Front is a reflection of Art Deco but at night, there is no lighting to showcase its stunning facades. Would I stay again....maybe not as pics on Google are a misrepresentation of what is truly avail."

"I had made a booking more than 3 months before. When I booked the hotel was offering discount rates for the rooms. I booked and I paid in advance to hold my room. Now, less than 3 weeks before the hotel had sent me an email canceling my booking and giving an automatic refund. I just realised that they canceled my booking so now that Easter is coming they are offering the same room $50 more per night. Very disappointing! Very bad culture and no consideration whatsoever with the customers. Now I am struggling to find another hotel, or as they said, I could Reebok again paying the extra money for the room."
