"I suggest the owner replace the two-seater chairs because their center of gravity is TOO HIGH. When I bent down slightly to eat, the whole chair suddenly tipped forward and my jaw almost hit the table, which was dangerous! I can only pick up the sushi to eat, and my friend is 1.9 meters tall, and the two-seater chair is very uncomfortable to sit on. Although there were plenty of other seats available in the restaurant at the time, when my friend requested a seat change, the waiter refused without any reason. We noticed other customers being allowed to sit alone in the four-person booth or two people in the four-person booth, and we felt it was very unfair. In the end, we had no choice but to leave. I hope you will take this safety issue seriously and make the necessary changes. Thank you."
"DO NOT COME HERE FOR THE $3.9/ PLATE PROMOTION, IT IS A SCAM All the dishes are priced at 3.9, that is correct. However, that is not always a discount for customers, items such as miso soup and I believe octopus nigiri were priced at 3.5 before and now it is actually increased too. Also, exotic ingredients such as scallops, crab sticks and salmon gunkans are now 1 piece per plate rather than 2 pieces originally. So instead of paying $6 for 2 pieces, you are now actually paying $7.8 for the same amount. Other dish that remain 2 pieces are cut even thinner than before. It is so thin, that it's actually transparent. The rest of this review is a reflection of my past few visits (Location is the only thing that makes me come back). Staffs are here to take drinks orders, but they refused to take food order and insist on telling the customers to use the QR code. This is great for customers who just arrived and ordering a lot. But when we want to repeat 1 or 2 dishes we had before, the QR code is just a hassle. I was trying to ask for a bowl for my kid to share the noodles with. All the waitress just crowded in the cashier and chatting and absolutely no one is paying me any attention, the chefs in the kitchen actually had to ring the bell for me just to grab their attention. Food... Honestly, this is a "fast food" sushi place, so wasn't expecting much. And I was neither disappointed nor surprised. I come here for a cheap solution to satisfy my craving for sushi, not for any great quality or wow factors. Atmosphere, the decoration is nice, but when we sit down, there is no chopsticks for our table. Yet, they put customers there without checking."
"The food and everything was tasty, but the service is very bad. we waited a very, very long time just to receive a bit of what we ordered, nothing about this place is japanese and as soon as we entered it smelt like trash. I do not recommend this place since it has the SLOWEST service and bad atmosphere, I definitely don't recommend coming to this place and eating, eat somewhere else where their service is fast and there food is worth the wait."
"Possibly the worst sushi, or dining experience for that matter. Sushi was not fresh. chicken karage was not crispy, and unevenly seasoned. I have nemer wanted to ealvr a restaurant so badly."
"Only the sashimi tasted good, everything else was bland and not flavourful. Price wise same as Sushi train if not slightly more expensive. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff didn’t seem well trained and service bell never worked so we had to get up and speak to waiters about getting our drinks. Atmosphere was good but felt like it was a ripoff from chao chows’s decor since they just turned the blue lights red."
