"When my daughter first started going 4 years ago they were amazing. Had major work done and frequent follow ups no dramas until early covid, received the same cancellation message with no real reason why couldn't rescheduled recommended alternate places. I have later found out the 2 main dentists John and the other guy have left and started their own place next to south Perth day surgery. Frustrating being shipped off like that as we are my daughters crowns where coming close to being removed and now to find another dentist!"

"Smile club had been great for my kids over the years. I've recently received cancellation text msgs for both my kids. When i called to re-book they said they were not re-booking as they did know if they would have any staff in the future. Really weird. Sounds like they are closing down. It was suggested by the receptionist that i try another pediatric dentist."

"I've 3 kids attending here, one who has had major work done. Lately all they've done is cancel appointments (booked 6 months in advance) and then when I finally managed to get one the receptionist told me when paying that ALL the previous dentist's my kids were seeing have left and they're having "managerial issues" and trying to find more staff. It's not due to covid issues as stated on messages. I had to ask as there's only one dentist working at the moment and we were not informed despite all the ongoing treatment my kids need. I won't be returning due to the unprofessional management and lack of regard for children's health after paying thousands there over the years."

"Just over two years ago, our daughters life and ours completely changed with the help of Dr John Camacho and his wonderful team at the Smile Club, Mount Hawthorn. We were unaware that our daughters constant night wakings and her difficulty chewing food (therefore gagging on food and often vomiting) was because she was in pain from some undiscovered decay in her teeth. We were so shocked and felt like absolute failure as parents and quite emotional that our little baby had to have a 80 minute procedure on her teeth. Dr Camacho was incredibly supportive, caring and understanding , he reassured us and explained everything clearly and put our worries at ease That night after the procedure, our daughter actually chewed properly and used her back teeth, she was thrilled and this brought tears of joy to our eyes! Esperanza is now 4 and a half and still looks forward to seeing Dr Camacho and the lovely team, everyone is so caring and patient with her and Esperanza feels safe and happy for the dentist to examine and brush her teeth. Our gratitude cannot be expressed enough Mrs Pointier-Broughton"

"Rod is a wonderful dentist. My daughter is 4 and required fillings in four of her teeth. I was not keen to have her put to sleep in hospital to have it done. Rod was very, very patient, even though my daughter was trying at times. She had her last treatment today and said she will miss him. It takes a certain type of person to connect with a child of this age to ensure they are not afraid to come back. Rod has an exceptional approach with children. All other staff we dealt with are also very good. We will be back annually just to get the girls teeth checked and for any treatment they may need in the future.
