"I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Mikes Multi Service, and I must say it was the worst service encounter to date. My simple task of getting a battery replaced turned into a nightmare due to the unprofessional behavior of the sales clerk. Upon entering the store, I asked the sales clerk if he could help me with a battery replacement. However, right from the start, he complained about me arriving close to closing time, which I had no prior knowledge of. Nevertheless, I proceeded to show him my tripod and inquire about the battery. He claimed to have the battery and quoted an exorbitant price of $25 for it. Curious about the cost, I quickly checked online and found the same battery available in a 2-pack for just $4 at Kmart. Feeling taken aback by the steep price, I politely declined the offer, expressing that I couldn't justify paying $25 for such a simple task. However, the sales clerk disregarded my concerns and continued with the battery replacement, insisting that the high price was due to childproof packaging. Nevertheless, I stood my ground and offered a fair price of $10, which I believed was reasonable for the service provided. This is when things took a turn for the worse. The sales clerk's demeanor instantly changed, and he became agitated and offensive. He began hurling insults at me, calling me derogatory names and dismissing my genuine concern about the inflated cost. I found his behavior unprofessional and entirely uncalled for. Despite my attempts to reason with him and express my disappointment with the service, he became increasingly furious, ultimately telling me to "f*** off." This incident left me utterly disgusted with Mikes Multi Service. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and courtesy, especially when most other shops in shopping centers provide decent customer service. Mikes Multi Service proved to be an absolute joke, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Mikes Multi Service was nothing short of terrible. The sales clerk's disrespectful behavior, exorbitant pricing, and overall unprofessionalism made it a regrettable visit. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for others, and I will certainly never return to this establishment. Yuck indeed!"

"Basically had to guess some of the key from twisted broken fragments, nailed it first shot in under 2 mins, new random guessy key works better than the original I had. Will be back to get spares before I break any more :)"

"1 star is to generous Wanted to get a few keys cut wants a coloured one the guy was so rude snapped keys in front of me and chucked them on the glass cabinet and proceeded to be really rude and arrogant Regardless of his opinion I’m there paying for what I WANT and not what he can’t be bothered doing Not to mention he has the “be back in 15” sign up and I waited for 45 minutes! He either needs to get a better attitude or you will loose business, Definitely will not be back and will not be recommending to anyone, What a terrible experience to have!
