"Beta-Wellness were wonderful at the Home Show. Once the spa was installed, with damage it was a different story. The tradesman they sent out was rude, and made the problem worse. Which Beta-wellness said was just a panel not properly in place . I can tell the difference between warped and not in place, even if I am a woman. Plus, he didn’t check the lights were working (in that section) , which to me seemed a fairly obvious thing to do if you have 30 years experience. So now waiting to hear what is happening with the warped panel that was not even the start of the problem. That was another panel damaged on delivery. That was fine, things happen. But the “fix” has opened a whole can of worms which Beta seem to want to brush me off hoping I’m too female to understand."
