"WORST HUNGRY JACKS EVER! SAVE YOURSELF THE DRAMA AND GO TO MACCAS! There were cockroaches in the kitchen and a fly in the cheese of our burger. The food was cold and they forgot half of order. We called up to complain and Ben the assistant manager was so rude and so unprofessional, he should be fired. Disgusting customer service and disgusting hygiene."

The toilets stunk so bad I could barely breathe, the drink that was spilt on the floor before my arrival still took another 15mins to be cleaned, and the tables were so dirty I cleaned them myself. The service was fine but I'd never go there again after the state if the place."
"As I was waiting for my order this older lady (customer) and said "do you notice a lack of urgency with the staff?" I agreed and said I was just thinking that. My order took for ever, I sat down and ate it (not the best burger, not quite the worst). As I left I noticed the older lady still waiting. I overheard the managers name was Ben - nice young man but guessing he is new and hasn't had the training as yet. Ps. Not all bad, went through the drive through last time and food and service was great. Female manager I noticed"
