"Stacey is plain rude and dismissive. We were connected with her through The Perth Wedding Collective. From the beggining she told us we were not engaging her services for a full wedding service and seemed to imply that we were therefore not important. The final product supplied consisted of brown and wilting flowers, and an arrangement that was not at all per the photo we supplied despite following up with Stacey the week of to confirm it would be. After disputing this with Stacey she informed us that we picked the flowers. We provided Stacey an image to match and trusted in her incorrectly to reccomend florals (and their names) to match the image. Customer service poor and final product was average."
