Once they've got your money, they're done with you. Unhelpful and irresponsible staffs. Refused to refund or give store credits for a clearly faulty item, blaming "it's just the design" when it is OBVIOUSLY different than what shown on their catalogue. "Trying to get a refund of these people for a faulty goods is near impossible. Customer service is terrible and a manager who refuses to come and and discuss the situation. NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP OR BRANCHES AGAIN. Disgusting way they treat their customers."
"The staff knew anything and everything about my $9000 ring until a half carat stone fell out of the setting after only 9 months! Then all of a sudden they aren't jewellers and they know nothing! I am a nurse so have only worn the ring 10 to 15 times.....the after care at Mazzucchelli's is disgusting to say the least and I would urge anyone looking to purchase a quality piece that "SHOULD" last a lifetime to go elsewhere!!"
