You will not have any surprises here, but, like any chain, you will get what you want in the way you have become comfortably accustomed to. "Absolutely poor staff. Have had the same ring replaced 5 times in space of 2 years. Went to get it replaced again as more diamonds have fallen out to be turned down as I had been called the problem. I don't wear my ring in water nor to work or sleep. Absolutely horrible and when told that another lady there served me a couple months back as the ring was faulty was told again that it's not there problem and they won't replace the ring. When it has been way way under 2 years warranty! Definitely not coming back and will be spending my money on better quality."
