"Do not shop here. Very poor service after they have sold you the expensive product they don't want to know you and there response to any problem is to send to head office and it's not up to us! The product we bought took 2 months to be resized and then broke another 3 months later! Ruined our engagement.. it's supposed to be one of the most special times of your life..not the most stressful!!"
"Dropped my watch in to have sent off for rapair.. 4 weeks later i call to see how the quote is coming along and they say they'll get back to me.... I get a call saying that my watch is broken beyond repair and nothing can be done to fix it. I take it across to the watchworks booth to return the new strap i bought before sending it off. (For the work i wanted done angus and coote were cheapest).cant return strap. I tell the guy my story and out of the goodness of his heart he takes my watch appart to have a look. Not only is there nothing wrong with my watch but all it needed was a battery!!! Angus and Coote probably didnt send my watch off for repair. Lied to me about it and says my watch is damaged beyond repair!! SHAME!!! SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!"
